Ms. Paine represented me in a very nasty divorce case in which my ex had brought a criminal case against me. Ms Paine asked me questions on the stand which caused me to incriminate myself. Next thing I knew I was being arrested and charged with a felony. Ms Paine tried to justify her mistake by sayin...g “they took my question and your answer out of context”. In all honesty Ms. Paine is a knowledgeable Atty, and knew better than to ask me incriminating questions she already. knew the answers to. I suspect she intentionally asked the questions knowing it would incriminate me. The question then would be why? I’ll let you come to your own conclusion.
