Biography
Olivia Sheppard has been providing legal services to the Southwest Arkansas area over the span of her career. She has a general law practice with a focus on family law cases and related matters. From divorce and custody cases to guardianships, Olivia Sheppard and her team stand ready to guide you through the complexities of family relationships and the legal processes that may arise from those relationships.
A graduate of Ashdown High School, Olivia chose to return to Southwest Arkansas to provide legal services to the place she has always called home. Olivia attended the University of Arkansas where she was a member of the Psi Chapter of Chi Omega and received her law degree from the William H. Bowen School of Law where she was named a Bowen Scholar. Olivia had the honor of externing for Justice Robin Wynne of the Arkansas Supreme Court. She served as President of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Student Section.
Olivia Sheppard is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Arkansas Bar Association.
Sheppard is licensed to practice in Arkansas state courts and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
