She talked me into giving her a down for my change of custody order after she received the payment she claimed she accidentally misfiled the paperwork and that’s what was dragging everything out then when I contacted the court they said she filed the paperwork back in march and nothing was misfiled s...he just never asked for a court date basically took my 500 dollars then ghosted me never responding to text calls anything blocks you she takes advantage of people in need causes more problems with the courts and then act’s like your wrong for even questioning her read the reviews it’s not a crazy ex writing them it’s people she has screwed over and ripped off I recommend anyone who has been taken advantage of and screwed over by her to call the Michigan state bar association and file a complaint so far I’ve gotten several people together on this and will be filing complaint’s against her and looking into legal action against her

Jennifer Paine, won't sign a substitution of attorney order so that I can go to court and get my daughter back. This woman has literally not spoken to me since August, got my hopes up multiple times with promises of court dates that never happened, and now she won't just let me have another attorney ...on my case so that I can continue fighting for my daughter. I literally can't go to court until she signs this document, and she knows that. What kind of person does that? She gave me the runaround the entire time we spoke, and now that I want to hire someone that will actually get things done, she wants to keep me from being able to do so? They keep adjourning my hearings because obviously she isn't showing up, and apparently I can't just remove her myself. She has to sign the sub order. I'm just so sick and tired of all of this. If I could give her 0 stars I would.

She is simply the best. Always answers calls, texts, Emails. She knows her information, she is astonishing to watch in a court room. Incredibly intelligent on how she goes about a case. Sometimes people come into your life for a reason. I have to thank you, Jennifer, attorney and advocate for fighting to protect a domestic violence victim/survivor. She has went above and beyond to help me. She has given me hope. Today we faced my convicted abuser again as he was trying to have ppo t...erminated. She was supportive of me the whole time. She checked in with me. She has the passion to take on an abuser. Abusers are not easy to deal with. This was a big victory. She is a fighter and a supporter!!!
