I had an issue with my daughter's college and I reached out to the K Altman Law and received an immediate response. Silvia and Kathy were very kind and let me know exactly what I needed to provide. I paid for my consultation but new information came to light and I no longer needed Keith's services. I... jumped on the conference call to make the team aware and Keith was kind enough to fully refund my consultation fee along with give me a little advice and told me to call back at any time if needed. Bobbie was amazing from start to finish. Our son and I were struggling with our school system who did not seem to want to advocate in helping him with his ADHD. It was not until we brought our "Advocate" on board that they took us serious and started givining my son access to resources he desparate...ly needed. We updated him from a 504 plan to an IEP that met everyone's standards. I highly recomend at least completing a consultation with this firm to know what your rights are as a parent and student!!
