Chip did not want to use the evidence that would have greatly benefitted my case. I had so much good evidence and text messages and pictures to submit. But Mr Farrar uses a cookie cutter template defense for everybody and he didn't think we needed it. Well. Now my daughter is moving away out of state... and I can't do anything about it. Just terrible. And he still has not called me after the decision was made over 2 weeks ago. I had to find out through social media at 11am and my lawyers secretary emailed me the decision at 4pm.
