OUTCOME: Michigan Court of Appeals reversed the trial court's children to take jurisdiction over a woman's right to her child and then terminate her rights

This was an appeal of the trial court in Oakland County to take jurisdiction over a mother's parental rights and then terminate her rights. I was the mother's attorney on appeal of this decision.
