Dina is probably the most experienced lawyer for your issue. I asked for her help with my unemployment redetermination without any great expectations and found I had a gem. She knows her stuff and treated me with respect. At the hearing she showed her awsome self and knowledge. My very sincere thanks to her. By the way, we won! HIRE HER ONLY if you want the best. Does Perry ring any bells?

I hired Dina for representation at a follow up hearing to appeal my disqualification for unemployment benefits. I wish I would have known about her prior to my initial hearing. Dina got up to speed quickly on my case after only having a few days to review it and was fully prepared at the hearing. I believe she was successful at demonstrating that my departure from my former employer was not voluntary by presenting relevant facts to the judge and through crucial questions to the employer's representative. I would highly recommend Dina as your legal representative!

I can't say enough of what a great person Dina is, and what an awesome job she did for me on my unemployment hearing. Her character of helping others showed when I had a last minute court appeal with a judge in which I didn't get any information from unemployment on how to choose an advocate until 3 days before the hearing. I was in a bind and had to work fast. I chose Dina and thank God I picked the right one. She went over everything with me as if she knew exactly what was going to happen at the hearing, and she was right. She returned all my calls right away, and when I had a question about my case she answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and hope. My last company fired me for something I did not do intentionally, and Dina helped me prove there was no evidence that it was my fault. Needless to say, I won my case. She definitely works for the defendant and will advise you a winning case like she did for me because she is a winner!
