Went to David who said he could help me after being scammed! By another lawyer Gave him almost 1500! Went to court once, he forgot all my info!!!! And stood there at the podium, shuddering ughhhhhhhh! The only judgement I got from that was a 500 a month escrow payment On top of Davids lawyer fees wh...ich totaled almost 1000,00 a MONTH! Then, he advised me that paying escrow didn't matter, when In fact (escrow payment) waived my right to a trail! I then realized he scammed me! I called him and said any future services were not needed! And a month later he got in my account and took $$ when confronted him, he said since he just got the message from a month ago he felt I owed him cause his people forgot to give him the message! Lost 2000.00 and my house! And I lost money I was saving for a new house, cause he got in my account a month after I let him go! All he could say was"( only 1 out of 9 people actually have a case!")He's a fraud and he only cares about how much he can charge you! The more desperate you are the more he'll charge you to lose everything in the end!

I hired Mr. Lutz to help me save my home as I was in foreclosure and the sheriff sale already happened. The whole staff was very helpful and found an error which was made by my mortgage company. My 125,000 mortgage was wiped out and I was able to purchase my home for 4,800. God Bless as I am a reti...red widow and I have been in my home for 30 years.
