Simply the best

I could write paragraph after paragraph, explaining the successful strategies that Mrs. Gucciardo employs, the respect she commands (and receives) when she stands at the podium and represents you, and the depth of research into your case that goes into her motions and trial preparation. All of that ...is important; don't get me wrong... What blew me away initially (and continues to blow me away 3 years later) is HOW MUCH SHE CARES about your case and your family. This has been true personal attention to my case and my family's needs. This translates into unparalleled legal representation. I had been through numerous other attorneys in my complex and drawn out post-judgement case, with custody issues created and sustained by an Ex with borderline personality disorder. Other attorneys tired of the problems that simply wouldn't go away, and even suggested that I just let the Ex do as she pleases. I found Mrs. Gucciardo at the referral of a Macomb County family law attorney, and for the past 3 years she has been a Rock and an inspiration. Did I mention that she has been successful? She has been able to make forward progress on matters of the safety of my children and parenting time, and we're soldiering on in the continual battle of custody. She embodies the direct translation of her nickname, which everyone in the Court knows her by... "Gucci" = EXCELLENT.

Wonderful Attorney and Firm!!

Renée is absolutely amazing, I cannot thank her enough for all she has done for my family and I! She goes far above and beyond! Her courtesy, creativity, intelligence and honesty are outstanding. Her compassion and care is remarkable. I am so grateful for her and she truly has a heart to help people.... Renée is hands down the best attorney! The whole staff at the Gucciardo law firm is excellent, their kindness and support are superb and I couldn’t of asked for anything better! A very hard to find, kind, caring, honest, outstanding attorney

I went to Renee for a second opinion. I had already hire a famous attorney who didn't communicate with me at all and charged me $610 per hour. My friend who worked with Renee on many cases, highly recommended me to talk to Renee for a second opinion. I had a one hour meeting with Renee, she answered ...all my questions with great knowledge and honesty. She suggested that I stay with my lawyer and give him some time. It was very nice of her to say that and I took her advice. I later had more difficult time with my lawyer which put me at a very tough spot. I called Renee and she provided some very helpful suggestions, she helped me to resolve my issues without charging me anything! I wasn't even her client and she offered to help me. She is such a caring person, and she is extremely knowledgeable. I wish I hired Renee from the very beginning. Unlike my other lawyer, Renee never takes advantage of people in difficult situations and she genuinely willing to help others. I have worked with lots of lawyers and I have never met anyone like Renee. You can fully trust her and depend on her to resolve your family matters. It's not hard to find a knowledgeable lawyer, but it's hard to find someone so kind and honest like Renee.

The best representation you can find!

Hiring Renee and her firm to represent me in a high conflict divorce was one of the best decisions of my life. Both, her and her associate, Ron Tolbert, were brilliant and have exceeded my expectations on every level. They truly shined in the court room every single time we met with the judge. My e...x had filled eight motions to dispute child support, spousal support and parenting time. He went as far as hiring three different lawyers along the way to outdo my strong representation. We won every single motion, time after time, due to Renee and Ron’s outstanding competence, exceptional legal knowledge and ability to present information in a way that is most compelling to the court. They always took the time to prepare well before showing up in court and thoroughly explained to me actions taken as well as anticipated outcomes. Their written work, in terms of motions, briefs, judgement of divorce, is of the highest caliber. They get to the essence of the issues, and dispense of matters that clutter and confuse the argument. Even more, Renee and Ron were very compassionate and supportive all along the case. They had a fight in their hands at every single turn, but they stayed strong and always steered me in a direction that allowed me to accomplish my goals. As a result I now have sole physical custody of my children, no spousal support obligation and obtained child support from my ex even while he was unemployed. BEST FAMILY ATTORNEY

I was in almost a year long custody battle from my children's father who fought for full custody without any valid reasons. He was from out of the state. This was after my children's father agreed that I can move to different state due for employment purpose. Suddenly, he claimed that I moved out of ...state without permission even though the MI court had documentation that he gave permission for me to move. This was the whole another side of much purer evil of him I never have seen before and clearly was not thinking in the best interest of our children. Even though I was very concerned about my children and what the outcome was to be, Renee made me feel safe and secure while I was under her representation in a very messy custody case. I trust her completely and although she knew I was very concerned what the outcomes were to be, she answered my questions and provided support. I was very close to losing my children due to my children's father bad intentions and opposing counsel's ways of making up laws (wishful thinking). Renee is very well-knowledgeable about the laws, and including interstate custody laws. She is VERY passionate about her clients. Trust me, once you retain her, she will ride with you all the way until you win. For example, she communicated with my other two attorneys from two different states to ensure my children's safety and my parental rights. Renee is so knowledgeable about family laws that she even gave advice to my other attorneys from two different states. In other words, she would do so well in other states whenever you are at to support your attorneys when it comes to interstate custody. In addition, she has such an awesome legal team, I can't count how many legal assistants she has but they are well-knowledgeable as well and we communicate so well. They never make me feel as if I was alone in this battle. They are indeed, the superhero team. I would not have made it through without her and her team. Finally, the judge dismissed the case because the state had no jurisdiction. I could finally breathe again. Renee faced many legal challenges and have done extensive research due to this such high complex interstate custody case and she did it extremely well. If I live in Michigan and did not move out of state, I would never terminate attorney-client relationship with her. I wouldn't legally feel safe without her. Based on my experiences with other MI attorneys, she is by far the best, especially to the deaf and hard-of-hearing population. I encourage potential deaf clients to retain her whether your case is low or or high complex custody/support case. She is EXCELLENT. I call her a "friend". I am so grateful for her. I will never forget her.
