Went to David who said he could help me after being scammed! By another lawyer Gave him almost 1500! Went to court once, he forgot all my info!!!! And stood there at the podium, stuttering ughhhhhhhh! The only judgement I got from that was a 500 a month escrow payment On top of Davids lawy...er fees which totaled almost 1000,00 a MONTH! Then, he advised me that paying escrow didn't matter, when In fact (escrow payment) waived my right to a trail! I then called him and said any future services were not needed! And a month later he got in my account and took $$ when confronted him, he said since he just got the message from a month ago he felt I owed him cause his people forgot to give him the message! Lost 2000.00 and my house! And I lost money I was saving for a new house, cause he got in my account a month after I let him go! All he could say was"( only 1 out of 9 people actually have a case!") I felt he was not out for my best interest.
