Help on mortgage
Mr. Lutz was very helpful in getting me a loan modification when my mortgage company turned me down and sold my house. While it took a while to complete, the staff took care of all the paperwork and dealing with the mortgage company. I now own my house and have a much better mortgage rate

I hired Mr. Lutz to help me save my home as I was in foreclosure and the sheriff sale already happened. The whole staff was very helpful and found an error which was made by my mortgage company. My 125,000 mortgage was wiped out and I was able to purchase my home for 4,800. God Bless as I am a reti...
