Biography
I have practiced in both the Eastern and Western District of Michigan Bankruptcy Courts in Michigan since 1998. While my practice is now primarily on the side of the consumer/debtor, I represented mortgage and finance companies for almost 10 years in bankruptcy related matters. That experience now allows me to apply the knowledge and expertise gained during that time in gaining the best possible results for my consumer clients.
Animal related legal issues are a growing portion of my practice and a personal passion of mine. I am experienced in handling matters including Breed Specific Legislation, pound seizure, adoption disputes, dangerous animal laws, and representing individuals and animal rescue groups in many other animal-related matters. I represent clients throughout the State of Michigan in these matters.
I pride myself upon providing highest level of legal service to clients on all matters, while providing cost-effective alternatives to traditional billing methods.
