Used him for a bankruptcy. I had to constantly follow up and do all the paperwork. He forgot about me for 3 months during the process. I should have filed chapter 7 but he had me file chapter 13. Didn’t explain the process to me. Seemed bored or annoyed speaking to me. Paid him in full. When you file... chapter 13 you have to submit your taxes every year through your attorney. He hasn’t answered my calls or emails. I don’t know where he is. My case was almost dismissed because of him. He doesn’t care about his clients.

We hired this lawyer because of all the positive reviews that he had. However, now we feel that all the reviews were bogus and made up. When we first met him, we explained the case to him. He named a price and what he was going to do for us. We could never meet with him again, and mostly spoke with h...im over the phone. That was not because of Covid 19, as this case started way before that. He is not an aggressive attorney as reviewers stated. Whatever the other parties in the case wanted he made us get and furnished it to them. He never asked them for anything or questioned them for anything, even though we told him that the info/papers they gave were lies. We had a court video hearing and he just sat there yawning and didn’t say or question a word the other party said. Basically we were screwed at the hearing and the other party got what they wanted from us as usual. When we confronted him on that he needed to question them or be more aggressive he wanted more money to continue with us, knowing he never did anything. He got very offensive over the phone. He also told us that he served us more than we paid because of all the phone calls we made to his office. We spoke with his receptionist to see how the case was going and what he was going to do. He never contacted us as we always had to call his office. We basically had to do all the research on the case and give him the information as he doesn’t look anything up or research anything.

A decision was made to hire this attorney based on a recommendation, after we paid his fee in full, he failed to show up 2 times and when he did show up he wanted to quit the case he did not offer a defense for his client. It was just horrible. How could he do that, when the only person in that co...urtroom a defendant can trust is his lawyer. Do not hire this lawyer, if you do you will regret it.

Attorney Anum helped me after I was injured from being hit from behind by a drunk driver. I wasnt sure what to do but he walked me through all the steps of handling my claim and always checked to make sure I understood everything.
