Biography
Marvin is Cuban-American and was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated with honors from Miami Dade College and earned a bachelors degree with a criminal justice concentration. Marvin graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. Marvin joined the firm in 2017 and he handles immigration court cases, hardship waivers, and USCIS applications. Marvin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Washtenaw County Bar Association Immigration Law Section, and the Hispanic Bar Association of Michigan. Marvin won AVVO’s 2017 Client’s Choice Award and is the recipient of the Pro Bono Honors Award from Florida Coastal Law School for his contribution of hundreds of community service hours.
