In the first case, Todd handled a case where a family member was charged with possession. Todd diligently went over every aspect of the case. He felt that we had a good chance to get the case thrown out because of things the officers did and didn't do. Todd went to where the officers first spotted my... family member, took pictures of the area and downloaded satellite images to show the layout of the property. Once the case went to trial, Todd brought out the photos and images in court and had the officer running around trying to explain why he thought my family member went out of his way to elude them (he didn't). The officer report stated that they stopped my family member's car because of equipment violation, but Todd was able to prove (with a different officer's car video, the stopping officer's video wasn't working), that there was NOT an equipment violation. After everything was said and done, the judge dismissed the case. The next case (VOP) ended up with Todd getting us a better sentence than expected because he was able to get pertinent information in front of the judge and the sentence reflected that. The last case that Todd handled for us was another possession charge and we drew a very tough judge for this case. Once again, Todd got the pertinent information in front of the judge and the sentencing turned out better than we could expect. Todd seemed to truly care about the well-being of my family member. Not only would Todd continuously keep my family member up to date, he would also keep me update (since the family member gave him permission). I feel that throughout this whole series of events and court cases, Todd really cared about us.
