I hired Todd for a very serious charge pertaining to operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. This was a Felony matter and the possibility of an extend jail sentence was real and highly probable. He was always very responsive and fought hard against the prosecutor when they tried to make a case for a harsher punishment. Mr. Kaluzny was the consummate professional. This was my third DUI and the courts was saying it was my fourth but Mr. Kaluzny showed them documentation that it was in fact my third.
