I met Todd Kaluzny through a friend's recommendation. Mr. Kaluzny had been that party's family attorney for a very long time on some severe and hard-to-win cases. What struck me most was not the praise of his technical skills, but rather the party's appreciation of his personable, caring, attentive, ...and empathetic approach. My case was complicated, and my situation was difficult. I needed a reputably good lawyer and I needed one fast. I met with Todd, and we immediately got to work on the case. He listens, takes it all in, takes detailed notes, and analyses accordingly. He does not make unrealistic promises (if any), but rather, assess the facts, leads with realistic approaches, and guides you through the process. Most importantly he truly listens. His calm demeanor had put me at ease, and I started to feel that my fears began to disintegrate. I felt I was in good hands. My case was lengthy, and I needed to be patient through it all. Mr. Todd Kaluzny represented me in both family court and criminal court for separate matters. He is not only an extremely thorough, well-versed, experienced and highly intelligent person especially in all legal matters, but he is an extremely kind and understanding person as well. He spent a great ...deal of time working one on one with me for my cases and, while his main focus is on the legal preparations for the courtroom, he always took the time to answer any and all questions I had. He was very straightforward and honest with his answers, which I appreciated because it helped me in the decisions I needed to make as things proceeded and also allowed me to be as prepared for the situations as possible. He was also very reassuring that I would make it through the process and it was an extreme comfort to know I had (and have) him in my corner for the previous matters I needed his counsel for as well as any future matters that may require legal counsel in the future. And having an attorney that is so well versed is so many aspects of the law is extremely helpful! Also, if for some reason, he doesn't already have the answer or it happens to not be an area of law he specializes in, he always seems to have a contact (usually on speed dial) that knows the answer or does specialize in the area of expertise you may require. Mr. Kaluzny is not only an incredible and very talented attorney, but he makes you feel like you have a friend in him as well which is not something you find often in attorneys. I can't recommend this man enough and I could go on much longer in my praise so I'll end here and simply say: if you need legal representation then Mr. Kaluzny is who you should call. If terms of professionalism and expertise in family law Todd is one of the best attorneys in the area. His attention to detail and customer service are unsurpassed. He even rescheduled a personal commitment to solve critical issues I was faced with. He cleaned up messes created by other attorneys tha...t I had used and never complained or over charged . I should have used him immediately when I encountered my legal issues.
