Biography
Mr. Gross has been a managing/founding partner at Daniel S. Gross & Associates, PLC since its founding in 2011. Mr. Gross regularly handles debt collection (creditors and debtors), bankruptcy (creditors and debtors) as well as various litigation matters. Mr. Gross possesses litigation experience via trial and appellate level advocacy. Having resolved litigation matters involving amounts is excess of one (1) million dollars speaks to Mr. Gross' experience and success.
Experienced in structuring busienss transactions (to avoid otherwise unnecessary litigation), corporate formation, negotiations and/or preparation of other transactional (business) documents (including, but not limted to, operating agreements, buy/sell agreements, non-competes, employment agreements, credit agreements and vendor/vendee agreements,).
Mr. Gross has also successfully handled various administrative law matters (liquor license applications/appeals), estate planning (wills, durable powers of attorney and health care powers of attorney (advanced directive) along with select criminal and personal injury matters.
Proud of his attention to detail and ability to explain the pros and cons of a client's position with clarity, Mr. Gross has specialized in wide ranging bankruptcy matters representing both debtors and creditors and in 2010 and 2011 was recognized by his peers as a Michigan "Super Lawyer".
