Todd A. Kaluzny

I met Todd Kaluzny through a friend's recommendation. Mr. Kaluzny had been that party's family attorney for a very long time on some severe and hard-to-win cases. What struck me most was not the praise of his technical skills, but rather the party's appreciation of his personable, caring, attentive, ...and empathetic approach. My case was complicated, and my situation was difficult. I needed a reputably good lawyer and I needed one fast. I met with Todd, and we immediately got to work on the case. He listens, takes it all in, takes detailed notes, and analyses accordingly. He does not make unrealistic promises (if any), but rather, assess the facts, leads with realistic approaches, and guides you through the process. Most importantly he truly listens. His calm demeanor had put me at ease, and I started to feel that my fears began to disintegrate. I felt I was in good hands. My case was lengthy, and I needed to be patient through it all. I stayed confident with Todd by my side. In addition to caring for my case, he genuinely cared for my wellbeing and my health. Throughout the case, Todd always got back to me promptly, and he was always available for me. Even when he was on vacation with his family. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Todd Kaluzny in March. He provided me with legal representation on a matter I did not think I would be able to manage on my own. I don’t know where to start so let me just go from the beginning and say that I found Mr. Kaluzny online under “Troy lawyers” and when I found out he was available during the dates I needed I met him ASAP! I was battling a vop and a 1st degree felony for retail fraud. Now he did let me know up front ...that this was going to be a battle but we were going to fight! He was attentive and listened to me precisely. He made sure before every court date he let me know my rights,options and made sure he asked me what I wanted to do. I love that he is selfless and definitely treats his clients like family. So, we went through the motions and in the end both of my results WERE NO JAIL TIME! Now that’s something we all hate to be the outcome but he was able to make sure on both of my serious issues in my life that I was able to keep my freedom and stay home with my kids during this pandemic and even after! One thing I will do in return for Mr. Kaluzny is stay out of trouble and show him he didn’t waste his time.
