I had the pleasure of working with Russell. He is the "Go To" lawyer when it comes to Immigration law. He is smart, knowledgeable, honest, accurate, on time, gives you his time and cares about his customers. He talks to you directly when needed. He gives you feedback on e-mails even outside off...ice hours and on weekends when he can. His staff are as nice as he is. My case was not easy, yet, he managed to pull it through. His fees are very reasonable. I give this firm an A+++ rating.

Mr. Abrutyn helped us save our family life , He is very professional, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and informative when it comes to any detail on my immigration case, He always replied my calls and emails with a wise answers and in a way that shows that he read and understand my case very well , h...is recommendations was always right and helped to improved my case , that made me feel confident that I'm dealing with the right attorney, and off course I will come back to him for any further immigration needs.

When I asked him questions about my situation. He was very helpful in clarifying most of my doubts even when I still didn't hire him. I am gonna definitely go back to him for all my future Immigration related doubts. Could have been much more helpful by explaining all the doubts so that I can ...hire him immediately.

Helpful for the most part, but did not provide any information that was not generally available with a quick internet search. Also, he is licensed in Washington, but said he did not know Washington marriage law as it relates to immigration. He suggested I speak to a family lawyer in WA to answer my q...uestion of what constitutes a legal marriage in that state. I would think as an immigration expert, licensed in WA, he would be able to answer what constitutes a legal marriage in WA state for immigration purposes.

We have a very difficult Asylum case that ended up with a removal decision, and through the last 2 years working with 3 different attorneys, it just got more complicated and finally closed, until we start to change the way we decide who is the right attorney with the experience we need to win the cas...e. Please do not hire the 1st attorney you visit or referred to, get as much as possible of knowledge about the law regarding your case, then you visit couple attorneys so you can compare what you hear, and if it is immigration then go to Russell Abrutyan or Marshal Hyman at Marshal Hyman and Associates in Troy Michigan and you will be very thankful to them for the very professional way and the great care they handle your case with, I live in another state and through a lot of phone calls with different attorney's I got their names recommended to me since our case was with a circuit court at that time and some attorneys do not do that work. I decided to visit their office, and for almost 2 hours of legal consultation with Mr. Hyman and Mr. Abrutyn which they did not charge me for we felt so lucky that we found them, I asked tons of questions and they answered each one in a very understandable way. It is their great knowledge, respect, and prompt response to our questions and the case correspondences that makes them # 1 to me. By the way our case is a removal decision so it is not simple forms be filled and rules to follow only, it is way more than that, it takes some one who can dig deep in the circumstances of your special case until he finds something you have that can help but never noticed before. our case started as a regular Asylum application that was not presented perfectly with 3 different lawyers until it reached that late stage!!
