Outstanding support in Naturalization process

Very professional immigration attorney

We hired Ellie for immigration services related to a K1 fiancé visa and then AOS after we were married. Ellie was there every step of the way to assist in preparation and filing of our petition, visa application and green card application. She was professional, diligent and detail oriented. She kept us updated to the status of our case regularly. She answered every question we had, and we had many. We could not have been happier with her legal services. We will most certainly hire her again for the removal of conditions and citizenship application.

Ellie Mosko has been exclusively practicing immigration law since graduating from University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. In 2015, Ellie opened Mosko Law PC, an immigration law firm dedicated to providing the highest quality of compassionate and personalized legal advice and counsel to individuals, families and business.

Prior to working as the principal attorney at Mosko Law PC, Ellie worked as the Regional Attorney for Justice for Our Neighbors-Southeastern Michigan, providing free legal immigration services to the Southeastern Michigan immigrant community representing hundreds of clients from all over the world on a wide range of immigration legal issues, and as an of-counsel immigration attorney at the law firm Ellis Porter, PLC. In law school and after graduating, Ellie interned and volunteered at the Archdiocese of Detroit Community Immigration Legal Services.

Ellie is the co-founder and President of the Jewish Bar Association of Michigan (JBAM), a member of the Immigration Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan Board of Directors, and serves on the Client Protection Fund Committee for the State Bar of Michigan. Ellie is also an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Ellie Received her Bachelor of Arts in Social Relations from James Madison College, Michigan State University where she had the privilege of studying abroad in Sydney, Australia and interning with the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commision. After graduating from Michigan State, Ellie spent six weeks performing volunteer services in the Northen Volta Region of Ghana.

Ellie is licensed to practice in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court - Eastern District of Michigan, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Since immigration law is federal, Ellie can practice immigration law in any state in the country.

Perfection

Elisheva was a dream to work with. My husband had come to the US as a teenager and we needed someone to help us figure out how he could get a green card and eventually citizenship. Ellie was warm, professional, amazing. Talk about crossing Ts and dotting Is. She was so thorough and smart and handled every one of our one million questions with grace. She held our hands and explained everything through the process so we felt prepared every step of the way. I have recommended her to friends and she has been helpful to them and their questions as well. It took us seven years (extra time because of Covid) but my husband now is an American Citizen and we have Ellie to thank. I honestly cannot say enough good things about her. Attentive, responsive, efficient and very helpful

Over the years Ellie helped us to renew our green cards and become American citizens. Ellie is very easy to work with and quick to respond. I like that she takes the time to explain some details but also can be quick and pragmatic when things are straight forward. She turns things around very quickly and had us check the information before official filing. Throughout the process she paid attention to all details and we never doubted we were in good hands.

I strongly recommend Ms. Mosko as an immigration attorney

Ms. Mosko helped me for permanent residency extension and naturalization. I live far away from the attorney’s office. Ms. Mosko allowed me to join the meeting through video chat. I usually sent email when I had questions. Her response is always quick and easy to understand for me as a non English-native. Ms. Mosko has been always reliable and comfortable for me.
