Last spring I was pulled over for "rolling a stop sign" and then charged with an OWI. This was my first encounter with the law and with the judicial system, and an extremely unpleasant one at that. I, unfortunately, violated my probation recently and, through my boyfriend's referral, hired Joseph to ...defend me. My original court date was set for December 19, which seemed like a ridiculous amount of time to wait. Joseph immediately called the court and had my date moved up by 5 weeks. He called me within 24 hours to discuss my past, asked why my original ticket was issued, what I had plead (guilty), and the sentence that the judge had given me (1 year probation, random breath testing, 50 hours community service, weekly outpatient treatment, and mandatory attendance at a MADD meeting). Needless to say, this district is extremely harsh and has a zero tolerance policy. We then discussed our strategy and he was very specific with what to say and what not to say, based on the judge who had been appointed to me. He was very familiar with my district and all the judges within it. He texted me the morning of my court date (which was above and beyond!) , was extremely prompt, calmed my nerves, and sang my praises during my hearing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I can't sing this man's praises enough! If you're experiencing any legal issues, do yourself a favor and HIRE THIS MAN! He will fight for you and your rights!

I was charged with 3 felony counts of manufacturing/ delivery controlled substance and one count of maintaining a drug house. This was from three years ago. For some reason I thought I was given a second chance and the charges would never come. Then one day in May I received a letter in the mail. I c...alled Mr. Arabbo first thing. He was there as soon as I needed him on top of the fact that he was on the other side of the world on vacation at the time. He put my mind at ease through the process with his confidence and attitude. Made it back in time to prepare for my first court date.. I made a plea deal and took the worst charge and the other three were dropped. At my arraignment I was given a cap of 60 days in jail on weekends. Then on sentencing I was given two year probation with a 6 month tether for curfew. How does this happen? Thank you Joseph Arabbo. A dear friend and a real life super hero lawyer. I’m positive that without him by my side I wouldn’t be here right now to write this review. At the end of it all I realized I really was given a second chance. Do not hesitate to find council with Mr. Arabbo. He’s a proven professional!

I was given Joe’s number from a friend who highly recommended him. From the start he was willing to go the extra mile. Extremely profesional, to the point, witty and intelligent.
