I want to tell everyone about my journey and experience with Mr. Arabbo. When I first called him, he was at a wedding and still took my call. Gathering all my information and called me back two hours later on a Sunday! I told Joseph my story "this guy sprung into action". Joseph stated to me, we're g...oing to get through this case together ( super happy cause now I'm at ease with that kind of phase) My second OWI;( not that im proud of) within one year from each other. In my mind I thought I was going to jail instantly, but that didn't happen. I had multiple court dates, the whole time, Mr. Arabbo like it's gonna be ok, and trust me I was scared out of my mind. Sentencing day, this guy took action, and I came out with a Win....(No Jail Time) some fee's-court fine, and probation. MR. ARABBO is the man.. I would recommend him hands down. I gave him 5 stars, because he's definitely know his stuff, always on time and he Went in swing hard. This is my testimony, and thanks to him I can now repair my life. I've been thinking about how you handled everything with me; and truthfully it doesn't sit right with me. When I hired you I thought you were a honorable person, so much for that right? We had an agreement that if I took a deal you would only charge me 1500.00 and if we took it to trial the fee would... be 4500.00 but instead you took 4500.00 of my money and told me to take a plea deal. I don't expect to get a response but I really felt like I should express how I feel about what you did. You even went as far to say when I brought it up that you would give me some of my money back; well what happened Joseph 3000.00 and not one penny was sent back to me. I really wanted to have faith in the judicial system; at least faith in you as my lawyer. I thought you would do right by me and my kids but you literally told me you felt like you deserved to keep money instead of honoring your word. Months; Heck almost a year has passed and still no word about my money. I feel you took advantage of me because I was vulnerable and in a legal fight. I never have been in any trouble and yes I messed up and handled a stressful mental health emergency poorly. That is no excuse for not being a person of your word.. I am sure you are going to feel that my review only highlights the negative parts of the experience but truthfully it's hard to think of any of the positive notes that came from you as you took something from me and then justified it. I had the exact same deal on the table when you were hired but hired you because my family and I thought it would be good to hire someone who we could actually get clarification on things. 1000.00 of 3000.00 that money wasn't even mine; it was my aunt's money. Smh. You really had both of us fooled huh. Look Joseph I've called, left messages in attempt to reach you and have not received any type of response or my money. My only question is why Joseph, did I or rather we mean that little to you that 3000.00 was worth taking from someone who is trying their hardest, trying to be better, being present in childrens' lives who fathers' couldn't care less. See I'm aware none of those things were or are your problem but I thought at the minimum you would care enough to not lie to me and run off with my money. I'm not even going to get into details on how you were late to a court hearing. However what is a important thing to bring up is the contract in which you cleverly kept our agreement out of; and said it was just a flat rate. This was of course after stating you wouldn't do anything else unless I signed your agreement. You assured me that it was a technicality and proceeded to gaslight me about how our agreement monetary-wise would be based on whether or not I took a plea deal. So now all that is left for me to say is I wish I had a better experience hiring you. I had high hopes. I pray that you don't ever do anyone else like you did me and if you have; I hope they speak up about it. I recall speaking with you once and you said something about doing good deeds; I wonder if you feel the same about misdeeds as well. I wish you well Joseph. May you have peace and God favors you. Rest assured I hold no grudge towards you as I made a decision that placed me in the situation that made me have to reach out for legal representation; unfortunately I chose you.

I would recommend Joseph Arabbo not only is he smart,charming, but he's a badass attorney before I found him I wasn't sure how my bad choice was gonna affect my life the court appointed were terrible from the day joseph was hired I no longer was worried he started working right away and he called me ...with information less then 12 hours later He's amazing at his job he keeps u informed and you know he's on your side he really just wants to help u fix ur mistake but also wants you to learn from it he became not just my laywer but also my friend. I was charged with 3 felony counts of manufacturing/ delivery controlled substance and one count of maintaining a drug house. This was from three years ago. For some reason I thought I was given a second chance and the charges would never come. Then one day in May I received a letter in the mail. I c...alled Mr. Arabbo first thing. He was there as soon as I needed him on top of the fact that he was on the other side of the world on vacation at the time. He put my mind at ease through the process with his confidence and attitude. Made it back in time to prepare for my first court date.. Gave me advice on how to tackle the next obstacles to come and kept in touch giving me updates and motivation through every court appearance. He was praised by my judge in circuit court twice for his diligence and professionalism and always pushed for more of a break than he had already fought for and won. It was an amazing sight to see and made me feel safe in a world I had no experience in and a world I was terrified of due to my charges. I should have been in prison serving a minimum of 2 years. I made a plea deal and took the worst charge and the other three were dropped. At my arraignment I was given a cap of 60 days in jail on weekends. Then on sentencing I was given two year probation with a 6 month tether for curfew. How does this happen? Thank you Joseph Arabbo. A dear friend and a real life super hero lawyer. I’m positive that without him by my side I wouldn’t be here right now to write this review. At the end of it all I realized I really was given a second chance.
