Hello everyone, I had the chance to work with Joe and let me tell you, he is the most confident and best lawyer there is. From answering multiple phone calls of mine to standing firm with me for sentencing. He did it all and he isn’t just an average lawyer, he creates a relationship with you and will... be your mentor as well through out the whole process. He is a both serious and funny and when he needs to be, I recommend him to every and anyone that is in trouble with legal cases. He really is the best!

I want to tell everyone about my journey and experience with Mr. Arabbo. When I first called him, he was at a wedding and still took my call. Gathering all my information and called me back two hours later on a Sunday! I told Joseph my story "this guy sprung into action". Joseph stated to me, we're g...oing to get through this case together ( super happy cause now I'm at ease with that kind of phase) My second OWI;( not that im proud of) within one year from each other. In my mind I thought I was going to jail instantly, but that didn't happen. I had multiple court dates, the whole time, Mr. Arabbo like it's gonna be ok, and trust me I was scared out of my mind. Sentencing day, this guy took action, and I came out with a Win....(No Jail Time) some fee's-court fine, and probation. MR. ARABBO is the man.. I would recommend him hands down. I gave him 5 stars, because he's definitely know his stuff, always on time and he Went in swing hard. This is my testimony, and thanks to him I can now repair my life. I consulted with Mr. Arobbo regarding a police pull over for not using my turn signal in Frasher Michigan. It was late & id just gotton off of a 16 hour shift & the officer said I appeared to be under influence of drugs (I know she saw my prescription bottle in my purse while getting her my license &... registration) & she tried use this against me. What happened after that was a nightmare. Even though I passed the alcohol & field sobriety tests given to me by the officer, she stated she was "arresting me as I seemed to be under influance to her". My vehicle was impounded, she took me to police station & interrogated me for 2 hours at which time I was 100% coherent, etc. My language, questions & deameanor were 100% coherent yet she still arrested me stating I was not allowed to take the RX in my purse & drive. Was purely her suspicion & she stood by her statement that I seemed to be driving under the influence of drugs. I agreed take blood test as I was innocent & never heard of this new law regarding driving with my prescription in my purse, car. The blood test took Weeks get test results (which I was told be back in few days) & no charges filed against me until blood results came in. Seems very sketchy, yet is best to follow police guidelines. Months later the Frasher police did press charges against me even though my blood levels of RX were under the normal range. I was in the dark about this people! I was very afraid as they took control, took my license & arrested me on the spot! I hired Mr. Arabbo & he assured me everything would work out for me & to stay positive. The process of going through the pre-trial was time consuming & took alot of patience from me which Mr. Arabbo proved he was always there for me, my questions &let me know his next step of action. Mr. Arabbo worked with the evidence & the facts & used his confidence, determination & patience working deligently with the police department & their prosecutor until the very last minute to get the best results for me, successfully done! I got my license back with no record of the incident or the arrest on my record! Mr. Arabbo is the right .an for the job! I'm very thankful for all he did to get the win! Lisa M.

I've been thinking about how you handled everything with me; and truthfully it doesn't sit right with me. When I hired you I thought you were a honorable person, so much for that right? We had an agreement that if I took a deal you would only charge me 1500.00 and if we took it to trial the fee would... be 4500.00 but instead you took 4500.00 of my money and told me to take a plea deal. I don't expect to get a response but I really felt like I should express how I feel about what you did. You even went as far to say when I brought it up that you would give me some of my money back; well what happened Joseph 3000.00 and not one penny was sent back to me. I really wanted to have faith in the judicial system; at least faith in you as my lawyer. I thought you would do right by me and my kids but you literally told me you felt like you deserved to keep money instead of honoring your word. Months; Heck almost a year has passed and still no word about my money. I feel you took advantage of me because I was vulnerable and in a legal fight. I never have been in any trouble and yes I messed up and handled a stressful mental health emergency poorly. That is no excuse for not being a person of your word.. I am sure you are going to feel that my review only highlights the negative parts of the experience but truthfully it's hard to think of any of the positive notes that came from you as you took something from me and then justified it. I had the exact same deal on the table when you were hired but hired you because my family and I thought it would be good to hire someone who we could actually get clarification on things. 1000.00 of 3000.00 that money wasn't even mine; it was my aunt's money. Smh. You really had both of us fooled huh. Look Joseph I've called, left messages in attempt to reach you and have not received any type of response or my money. My only question is why Joseph, did I or rather we mean that little to you that 3000.00 was worth taking from someone who is trying their hardest, trying to be better, being present in childrens' lives who fathers' couldn't care less. See I'm aware none of those things were or are your problem but I thought at the minimum you would care enough to not lie to me and run off with my money. I'm not even going to get into details on how you were late to a court hearing. However what is a important thing to bring up is the contract in which you cleverly kept our agreement out of; and said it was just a flat rate. This was of course after stating you wouldn't do anything else unless I signed your agreement. You assured me that it was a technicality and proceeded to gaslight me about how our agreement monetary-wise would be based on whether or not I took a plea deal. So now all that is left for me to say is I wish I had a better experience hiring you. I had high hopes. I pray that you don't ever do anyone else like you did me and if you have; I hope they speak up about it. I recall speaking with you once and you said something about doing good deeds; I wonder if you feel the same about misdeeds as well. I wish you well Joseph. May you have peace and God favors you. Rest assured I hold no grudge towards you as I made a decision that placed me in the situation that made me have to reach out for legal representation; unfortunately I chose you.
