I was charged with 3 felony counts of manufacturing/ delivery controlled substance and one count of maintaining a drug house. This was from three years ago. For some reason I thought I was given a second chance and the charges would never come. Then one day in May I received a letter in the mail. I c...alled Mr. Arabbo first thing.
