Approachable and caring

Samuel Bennett was outstanding. It is like having a good friend there beside you the entire time. His approachable and caring attitude made me feel understood and supported throughout the process. He was quick to respond, whether by email or text, even on a weekend or after hours. There wasn't a seco...nd when I felt like I was just left on my own to deal with anything. He made what was a bad experience bearable, calming my nerves when I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. He came recommended to me, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs legal help. Even sitting next to some of his clients, they all said how great he was to work with.

reasonably priced and gets the job done fast

I hired Sam to do expungment. I talked to several laweyrs asking how much they charge. I got a rnage as low as $5000 all the way up to $10,000 . I thought it was crazy difference. I then located Sam on a site (I don't remember the site), he was highly reviewed. I contacted his office and I asked for ...an estimated cost. I was shocked to hear he only charged $3000 to handle my case. I was hesitant at first, but his reviewes were great so I took a chance and hired him. I must say, I am so glad that I hired him. He was able to expunge my records within 4 months and I never had to step a foot in the court or attend any court via zoom. all were removed. I couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend him. His assitant is a sweet heart as well. she is great following up and keeping you updated.

OUI charge

I was unexpectedly arrested and put in jail on my way to Florida. I was pulled over for taillight not working. After 6 months I was charged with OWI for smoking marijuana several hours earlier. Sam was the calmness to the stress of legal issues. He was knowledgeable, pro-active, and able to explore ...best options. He was compassionate and honest which I appreciated. I was pleased with the results and I highly recommend him.
