I recently hired Joe due to a DUI arrest, and I could not be more happy with the results he was able to get for me. The case was resolved quickly, and he was able to get all possible sentences reduced to the minimums allowed by law, as well as the charge itself reduced significantly. Last spring I was pulled over for "rolling a stop sign" and then charged with an OWI. This was my first encounter with the law and with the judicial system, and an extremely unpleasant one at that. A friend referred me to Joseph Arabbo after an arrest for an 18-month old incident. After a passively suicidal car crash (I'm doing much better now, I'm happy to report) and failed breathalyzer test I was involuntarily admitted to a mental health facility. A few weeks later I received my license i...n the mail with no other correspondence. However, 18 months later when my wife was pulled over for a minor traffic offense the officer informed me that a warrant had been issued for my arrest regarding the incident (for which I had never been otherwise notified). I was arrested and quickly bonded out. At my friend's recommendation, I contacted and met with Joe. He was kind, on time, empathetic, and thoroughly professional.
