Simply the best attorney I could ask for

I recently hired Joe due to a DUI arrest, and I could not be more happy with the results he was able to get for me. The case was resolved quickly, and he was able to get all possible sentences reduced to the minimums allowed by law, as well as the charge itself reduced significantly. In addition, t...hroughout the process, he was extremely responsive to my texts, calls, questions, etc. - as quickly as minutes and never more than a few hours. At every step he was clear with the process and what to expect, and he "translated" the legal terminology into "english" that I could easily understand. Finally, and maybe most importantly, he put me at ease throughout the process, starting with the very first phone call when I was at my lowest point all the way through final sentencing. I cannot write enough great things about him, and I would hire him again in a minute (though I hope I never have to). His fee was worth every dollar, and I would have paid double if someone could have told me the outcome in advance. I cannot speak for other charges, but if anyone has the same issue that I had, you cannot go wrong with hiring him.

Professional but personable!

Last spring I was pulled over for "rolling a stop sign" and then charged with an OWI. This was my first encounter with the law and with the judicial system, and an extremely unpleasant one at that. I, unfortunately, violated my probation recently and, through my boyfriend's referral, hired Joseph to ...defend me. My original court date was set for December 19, which seemed like a ridiculous amount of time to wait. Joseph immediately called the court and had my date moved up by 5 weeks. He called me within 24 hours to discuss my past, asked why my original ticket was issued, what I had plead (guilty), and the sentence that the judge had given me (1 year probation, random breath testing, 50 hours community service, weekly outpatient treatment, and mandatory attendance at a MADD meeting). Needless to say, this district is extremely harsh and has a zero tolerance policy. We then discussed our strategy and he was very specific with what to say and what not to say, based on the judge who had been appointed to me. He was very familiar with my district and all the judges within it. He texted me the morning of my court date (which was above and beyond!) , was extremely prompt, calmed my nerves, and sang my praises during my hearing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I can't sing this man's praises enough! If you're experiencing any legal issues, do yourself a favor and HIRE THIS MAN! He will fight for you and your rights!

Will fight for you

I was referred to Joseph Arabbo but a family friend for my OWI case. When I met with him, he was very forthcoming and listened to what I had to say about my case. He was flexible with payment plans as I didn’t have the funds to pay him in full. When it came down to my pre-trial and sentencing, he rea...ssured me that everything was going to be fine and told me his game plan as to what he was going to present to the judge. Whenever I had questions, he was just a text or phone call away; as he is very responsive. Mr. Arabbo was successful in getting my OWI dropped down to a lesser sentence of OWVI. He made this entire ordeal as easy as possible for me. If you are looking for a great defense attorney, look no further. I highly recommend Joesph Arabbo.

Joe works hard and really cares.

A friend referred me to Joseph Arabbo after an arrest for an 18-month old incident. After a passively suicidal car crash (I'm doing much better now, I'm happy to report) and failed breathalyzer test I was involuntarily admitted to a mental health facility. A few weeks later I received my license i...n the mail with no other correspondence. However, 18 months later when my wife was pulled over for a minor traffic offense the officer informed me that a warrant had been issued for my arrest regarding the incident (for which I had never been otherwise notified). I was arrested and quickly bonded out. At my friend's recommendation, I contacted and met with Joe. He was kind, on time, empathetic, and thoroughly professional. I hired him when he offered a fair fee and committed in writing to do his utmost to seek the best outcome for me. I had been independently seeking therapy and psychiatric help since the incident, and Joe made my efforts to seek out the help I needed the cornerstone of his case. He sent letters, made numerous phone calls to the prosecutors and attempted to visit them in person (even though the were frequently "unavailable"). Eventually he was able to negotiate a reduced charge. In the weeks before the "bench trial" Joe told me to anticipate 6 months probation in addition to the reduced charge and its driving record points and fines. However, due to Joe's persistence, he was able to score a meeting with the judge in his chamber prior to the hearing. Joe convinced the judge of the value of my consistent and ongoing efforts to seek help and rehabilitation in the 18 months since the incident. As a result, I not only received the negotiated reduced charge but also NO PROBATION, which was amazing and unexpected. I can confidently recommend Joseph Arabbo as a fantastic attorney who works diligently, keeps in contact, and really fights for his clients. I am lucky to have benefitted from his services.
