Outstanding Divorce Attorney For Men

I was basically a broken man when I heard Eric's commercial on the radio talking about Father's Rights for Equality in Divorce (FRED). I had been contemplating filing but knew I was going to have to have one of the best attorney's money could buy. I decided to go for it and called FRED and made an ...appointment. I was very pleased to learn that Eric himself was going to represent me. I explained my miserable situation to Eric and the fact that I had been married to a controlling, manipulative monster that was hell bent on portraying me as an unfit father. I knew very well the fight that lay ahead, hence my desire to ensure retaining the best damn attorney my money could buy. I stood to loose my home and my son if not fully prepared for battle. Per Eric's advice I filed first and maintained an upper hand of which I still have to this day. I followed Eric's seasoned guidance and managed to get my ex-wife's family removed from my home. I maintained joint legal custody during the entire divorce process. I held my ground and did as Eric advised enduring everything from false allegations to investigations from the Friend of the Court to a Personal Protection Order against me. I knew my wife was and still is a reactionary type of an individual and with Eric's input we kept her in the ropes on a regular basis. My ex-wife fired her first Attorney out of frustration due to the fact that Eric soundly defeated her in court as she attempted to gain exclusive use of the marital home. It was a long tough battle but in the end I got my house back. Eric convinced the Judge to order my ex to make three house payments upon my return into the marital home. Eric also took her back to court and convinced the Judge to order her to return many items to the marital home that she took when she illegally decided to clean out the house with two moving trucks and her family. Eric also fought hard and ensured that I was awarded fifty percent of her retirement and that she got a pitiful amount from my Military Retirement. I also enjoy basically fifty/fifty joint legal custody of my son. And finally I enjoy the fact that she gets minimal child support.

Win with Pazner

My first lawyer was like my mother. "He's a good boy, your honor." While I appreciated the accolades, it got me no where in the legal system. I lost several motions filed by my ex over parenting time and support. Over the next several years, my son continued to tearfully indicate to me that he wa...nted to live with me. While I had joint custody and saw him every other weekend, it simply wasn't enough for him AND me. Of course, my ex didn't care what my son thought. To give him to me would mean that the gravy train had pulled into the station and she would no longer be in the driver's seat. My son went into a tail spin and did poorly emotionally and academically. It was then that I decided that enough was enough. I got rid of my lawyer and went with Pazner. During our first meeting, Eric laid everything out for me. I knew what motions were going to filed, what subpoenas would be issued, and how long it would take, best case scenario. Eric was always forthright, upfront, and never tried to snowball me. He was always available when I called and answered the phone personally during many late night calls. Voicemails were promptly returned. He updated me and reminded me of upcoming hearings with calls from his car, his home, and whenever he may have been out of town. He was always on top of things and was ready for anything the other side might attempt to pull out of their hat. We were always one step ahead of them. Needless to say, my ex and her cocky lawyer never knew what hit them. They were left with no choice but to react to everything Eric threw at them. In a short time, my ex finally agreed to the court motion awarding me full custody of my son. Since that time, my son has flourished. He's doing better in school and is well on his way to being a happy, well adjusted kid. I couldn't have done it without Eric Pazner. My only regret is that I didn't go with him to handle my divorce. Guys, trust me when I say you can't go wrong with this law firm.

Pazner

After spending a considerable amount of time feeling like I had no options left to me as a father who wanted to be a part of his daughter's life, I found an option that restored my faith in the system. That option was Eric Pazner. Prior to working with him, I had been told by two lawyers that I wou...ldn't benefit from going to court. After meeting with Pazner, I decided to challenge in court the decision that my daughter's mother had made about how much parenting time I would have. Against my will, my daughter's mother had reduced my parenting time in half, and had also asked for an increase in child support at the same time. Despite all my efforts to resolve the issue out of court, it came to a point where I knew I needed help. Pazner acted quickly and professionally, informing me of my rights as a father. We entered into a mediation session and have reached an agreement that far exceeds the time I was able to negotiate by myself. At all times during the process, we were in direct contact with Pazner himself rather than delegated to an assistant. My fears of losing my daughter were addressed by Pazner in a way that made me realize I had options. I am extremely grateful to Eric Pazner and his legal knowledge. Near the end of the court proceedings, my daughter's mother actually asked that Pazner complete the necessary paper work because her own lawyer had failed to complete them properly prior to that point. The paper work was completed in a timely fashion. As a result of all his hard work, I am writing this review while I am on vacation with my daughter during my extended summer time with her. I am grateful for what he has done for my family.
