Biography
I have focused my career on being an aggressive trial attorney. My experience in the courtroom, my knowledge of the law, and my knowledge of the details of the facts of the case give me the confidence to be a highly effective advocate and the edge to allow me to zealously represent my clients in front of a Judge or a Jury. I have trial experience in criminal cases involviong both midemeanors and felonies (inlcuding capitol cases where a life-sentence is posssible), civil cases, personal injury and divorce.

Quick and effective.
Dan represented me in a failure to report incident. He was able to get the misdemeanor cleared and I ended up with just a traffic citation. He was very easy to talk to and made the whole situation very stress free. I would recommend him to anyone.
