Brilliant attorney

DUI’S
Mr Damman was hired to help my brother with a dui he received driving a boat. In the process of dealing with this situation he received another dui while driving a vehicle. Which gave him his 3rd DUI. Throughout process his secretary Belinda was on top of hearings and very informative on questions we had and if she couldn’t answer she would get answers from Dan within the hour. He was very good with the in’s and out’s of the courtroom and moved quickly when he needed to. He was able to get really good plea deals. He moves quickly and doesn’t drag out hearings. I believe he is a very respectable attorney and prosecutors are willing to work and listen to him. I would definitely use/recommend him to my friends and family.

Personable
Dan Damman performed excellent legal services for my son! He was very personable and really took his time explaining everything to us and made sure we understood all that was going on. He displayed genuine concern in my sons success after his sentencing and not just during the trial. He told us the hard facts even though they were hard to hear but also was gentle in guiding us and being sincere in wanting my son to get his life together and walk the right path. Dan has a great relationship with other lawyers, as well as, judges throughout the area where he practices. He’s upfront, he works hard to make sure his clients get treated fairly, and it’s a mistake if you don’t hire him to take care of any law needs you may have!

Is a man of his word
After doing the research, we chose Dan as our lawyer. He was upfront and honest and got our son a sentence he won't carry on his shoulders forever. He understood people make mistakes, but learn from them, and made the judge understand that as well. Dan was more than a attorney, he cares about his clients and understands good people can make bad choices. Everyone deserves a second chance, and need not have a record for a bad choice. We would highly recommend Dan to all who need a good, professional,and honest man to represent them.

Daniel Damman was absolutely excellent. He was very professional, spent a great deal of time with me, gave me very good advice and really took my case and treated me like it was the most important case he had. Lawyer review
I was charged with the same charge twice within a three month time frame violating probation the second time not only with the new charge but with drinking as well. It seemed there was no option but jail time. Dan was there everystep of the way. He directed me to take certain classes and prepared me very well for my sentencing. Before seeing the judge she was going to give me 30 days in jail. Dan spoke in a way about me that blew my mind and directed me how to speak as well. I poured my heart out and so did he and to my amazement she believed in me and took Dans word for how much I turned my life around. I’m positive that without Dan on my side I would be sitting in jail right now, jobless and very down. I owe my freedom to him and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Very professional, A pleasure to work with
Dan was very professional and accommodating he took care of our situation, made time in his schedule to deal immediately with the problem this was, I believe one of the reasons we had a positive outcome during this process. Dan's willingness to make time in his schedule immediately to talk with us allowed us to get out in front of our issues immediately and probably, change the outcome to a more positive then the negative it could have been. Everybody we came in contact with at the office was polite and courteous made us feel at home which was nice considering the stress our family was under at the time. I highly recommend Dan to deal with legal issues and if ever I need an attorney again he'll be the first person I call.

Professional, honest, stand up guy
Dan helped us with the defense of our teenage son. It was a very scary time for us. He was honest, straight forward and patient with our many questions.
