I have focused my career on being an aggressive trial attorney. My experience in the courtroom, my knowledge of the law, and my knowledge of the details of the facts of the case give me the confidence to be a highly effective advocate and the edge to allow me to zealously represent my clients in front of a Judge or a Jury. I have trial experience in criminal cases involviong both midemeanors and felonies (inlcuding capitol cases where a life-sentence is posssible), civil cases, personal injury and divorce.

Was very disappointed by him. Went through a very traumatic experience. The case was flawed from beginning to end: Felt Very sad when he asked me to take a plea. Felt like he was just to busy and wanted me gone. I now feel completely sickened by my decision. I needed him to at the very least give me ...
I would appreciate if the person who posted this would at least identify himself or herself. I never "ask anyone to take a plea". Never. In every case, I review the salient facts with my client and assess the strength of the case from the prosecution's standpoint. Afterword, the possible outcomes are discussed. The client will weigh the pros and cons of accepting a plea or going to trial. In every case I am sure to indicate to my client that I am ready and willing to take his or her case to trial. I will offer my opinion as to what one should do and also discuss possible outcomes of a plea or a trial with regard to sentencing. I have never pushed any client's case aside or "jumped on board" any plea. It is NEVER my decision for a client to plead. It is the client's decision. There is a long time between hiring me for my services and taking a plea. That is a lot of time to meet, talk, and discuss options. It appears that this particular client regrets taking a plea, sometimes this happens.

He told me I would receive the pension when the qdro was accepted and the payments would be for my lifetime. The qdro was accep...

Mr. Damman's knowledge of the county court system, local politics and zoning procedures proved invaluable. Mr. Damman's professionalism and experience in litigation helped us settle the case.
