Mr. Schaaf, You don't know us but we hear thru Joel A. you will be helping him in making progress with a rental home that Joel wants to buy. I was Joel's and Jan's pastor for many years (retired now) and it has always saddened us of how people took advantage of Joel's kindness. Please stick with J...oel and help him thru this process of owning a home in a fair way from this landlord who has taken advantage of him for many years. Thank you

It took me a while to write this review because being arrested is a difficult experience and I've had a hard time looking back on it, but I'm writing it now because Richard went above and beyond for me when I really needed someone. After I was arrested Richard came to court immediately to help me ...and got me released from the holding cell within 30 minutes on a personal bond, meaning I didn't have to pay any bond. Had he not jumped into action right away I would have been stuck by myself in that holding cell over the weekend. Richard is an attorney who truly cares about the rights and freedoms of the people he represents and I am so grateful he was there to help me when I needed him.

From the very beginning Richard handled everything with confidence. He took time to explain everything to me that was going on, and for someone who knows nothing of law, that was extremely helpful. Not to mention updates as to where the case is at in the process so i didnt feel lost.No doubt in my mi...nd that this is the exact person everone should be going to! 10/10, would call again.
