We understand that many people may be skeptical about posting a review because of privacy issues in relation to a criminal case. Be assured that your privacy is respected and protected. As to your review, we were able to get felony drug charges dismissed in a conservative county pursuant to HYTA with less than 1 day of probation! That's not a clerical error, 1 DAY! That was awesome. In addition, we were able to retain HYTA status in another jurisdiction, have the Judge terminate probation and grant HYTA on the spot without any further court involvement. Even I know that these deals were miraculous, the Judges in both courts were compassionate and went against the usual rules for cases such as this. This means that they are getting harder to reduce and almost impossible to get amended down to a non-criminal civil infraction such careless driving. We were extremely pleased that all of the efforts advanced on your behalf produced the results as you have described. It is "best case scenario" when a criminal charge is dropped. Even when we believe that a client deserves to get a criminal case dismissed, it is not necessarily something that we can deliver 100% of the time.
