This is the first review I've ever felt the need to write. If you are ever in the need of a fantastic lawyer, don't look any further than Cy at the Abdo Law Firm. About 8 years ago, I created a horrible situation for myself. Randomly called Cy and after the initial consultation, I knew I was in go...od hands. Not only did he exceed expectations through that whole ordeal, but also recently relied on Cy again to have that record expunged, with positive results. His entire team is professional, knowledgable and easy to work with. The Abdo team also excelled in communication the entire way - I never had to call for an update, they were on top of everything every step of the way. Cy and his firm were able to get a charge of Retail Fraud reduced to Disorderly Conduct. He was incredibly helpful through the entire experience. I came across Mr. Abdo online during my search for a lawyer to help me though my Marijuana infraction. Right from the start I knew he was the man for the job. I called him on a Friday and he came into the office on Saturday just to meet with me before I had even cut him a check. We talked about my ca...se that day and I hired him. As I waited for the charges to be filed by the state of Michigan, which took over 7 months he was easy to get in contact with he was never to busy to take a phone call or text. I can't tell you enough how different this was from my past experience with other lawyers. His son Matthew was also on my case and he was just like his father he was well versed in his trade. These gentlemen really understood The Michigan Penal Code. When I went to court for my sentencing Cy and Matthew made me feel at ease, I got the best possible result for my case due do the hard work and understanding of the law thanks to Cy and Matthew Abdo.
