Roy Graham

After speaking with 3 different attorney's on the phone, from my home in Indianapolis...I felt most comfortable speaking with Mr. Roy Graham. I explained I had an Aunt, trying to keep me away from seeing my Father, who was on Hospice care, at that very moment...and could pass.. We spoke briefly on t...he phone a few times. We met the day of the hearing, early...with my wife and family member's I brought along. After an hour or so of discussion, with Roy writing notes, and speaking to everyone involved, to get the complete story, he met with me personally to really explain some essentials. I was Falsely accused of threatening my Aunt, and Mr Roy Graham was my Attorney. Roy asked all the right questions, throughout the whole hearing. Roy handled my custaty my ex took off with my sons would not let me see them. I hired Roy gram .to help me he can highly recommend by a few friends theyvdaid he would work very hard for me and his fees are very reasonable and affordable. Mr Graham changed my mind on all lawyers being dishonest. He is kind and an honest man that did not charge us what he could of because he knew we did not have it. And I honestly don't think, because of the town we were in my grandson was fairly sentenced, but not because of the work Mr Graham did. It... is my opinion that my grandson's fate was decided last year. But I would hire Mr Graham again if I needed a criminal lawyer.

Roy did a great job in our custody case. He gave us alot of cost saving tips throughout the process. (Where we could get certain material/ paperwork) Mr. Graham showed genuine concern for our situation and was very supportive through the entire process. Answered our calls quickly even after hours.... We never felt overwhelmed by legal babble and we're kept informed at all times as well. Personally I think Roy is good man with a sense of humor who gets the job done right and I would recommend him to anyone who needs legal council. Our case was thrown out before we had to testify, I believe it was due to how well Mr Graham presented our side before our turn ever came. I'll definitely call him for any future legal needs.

When I called Mr. Graham, he immediately answered the phone and asked me to explain the situation. After speaking with him for only a few moments, he reassured me. Since I do not live in the state of Indiana currently, he was willing to communicate through email and on the phone for all of our deali...ngs. He was fast and easy reasonably priced.
