This case was filed on behalf of about 70 fans who felt that Coach Knight was fired improperly because of our allegation(s) that Indiana University violated the Indiana Open Door Law. This case went on ... appeal, and we lost, however, the legislature later changed the statute to reflect the problem we saw in serial meetings to avoid a majority.
