Very helpful!

Hiring Mr. Graham was a very good decision for myself and for my case. He did an excellent job and guided me very professionally from the beginning to end. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing sound, professional legal council.

Quality never goes out of style

Roy is an outstanding person and attorney. My experience with him is good and we go back 20 yrs. Roy is very reasonable, and I can say from personal experience he has integrity. We have been to jury trial and recently prevented one. I feel he is one of the best.

Thank you

The reason that I am writing this review is two-fold. The first reason is simply to say thank you, and the second reason is to highly recommend Roy Graham as an attorney. As a school principal, I certainly understand the importance of professionalism and teamwork. Mr. Graham and I worked closely t...ogether for the duration of my case regarding my daughter’s college expenses and other relevant financials. My case is complicated on many levels, however Mr. Graham showed tremendous knowledge in all facets of family law. I was facing what could have been a devastating financial situation. With the help and expertise of Roy Graham, we were able to reach an agreement with my ex-wife that will literally save me thousands of dollars in the near future. Roy is always readily available for a phone conversation and/or an email reply. I strongly recommend Roy Graham as an attorney. He genuinely seems to care for his clients and is very reasonable regarding costs and fees.

Smart, focused assistance with difficult case

Roy is to the point, and he likes to unravel issues piece by piece. This is a great strategy, especially when you are dealing with a complex situation where every aspect has been triangulated. He is also very fair with fees; he keeps his overhead low by not renting fancy office space and passes o...n the savings to his clients. As a result, be prepared to meet in a public place, at least initially. We paid a modest retainer, followed by hourly billing. He often discounted things, or didn't charge us for some of the smaller items. Very transparent with billing--you know exactly how your funds are being spent, unlike some other attorneys I have worked with. I have only good things to say. I consulted with two other attorneys on this case, and despite their high reputations, they just were not understanding the whole picture.

Honest, Compassionate, Hard-Working, and most importantly...VERY REASONABLE!

To start with, I was referred to Roy from a friend that had previously hired him. I had gotten in contact with Roy and explained the situation I was in. He was very honest with me, ran me through what my charge meant and the steps I needed to take in order to handle the situation in a calm and mature... manner. I made many calls to him and he gave me legal advice, all before I had even hired him to represent me. I knew from that point Mr. Graham was the man I wanted to work on my case. When I officially had him take on my case, he had no hesitation getting the ball rolling. From the beginning, he was nothing but honest with me. Not once did he ever tell me a result that he knew I wanted and needed to hear. As a young person still in college, it scared the hell out of me hearing that, but the fact he was nothing but honest, I really respected it. He would give me all the underlying information on the details regarding laws on my case, the process of it and outcomes that could happen with taking different routes through the entirety of it. This is the number one thing that made him not only a great lawyer, but an even better person. Throughout the case, Roy’s main goal was to always get the best result he could. He never promised me a result and never tried to predict a result in the end. Therefore, he kept the constant fight for a year and a half of the best possible outcome. Through this philosophy, Roy built a folder with many forms of paper work, documents, and files needed in order to pursue the best possible outcome. This organization by him really helped throughout when it came time for court hearings, depositions, communication with the prosecutor and collaborations with details I would find along the way as well. There were many legal questions that floated in this case, but eventually were answered as time went on through Roy’s constant grind and compassion for this case. While pursuing the best possible outcome, Mr. Graham’s communication with me as his client was second to none. This was really reassuring to me during a difficult time. If I had a question or concern, I would call him knowing he would either answer right away, or if he was busy in a meeting or court, he would return my call within 10-15 minutes. Send Roy an email, I would get a response within 12 hours. Oh, and if you like jokes, a phone call will never end without one. (I have the answers to them all if you need them). Communication with Roy was great and is very important in a lawyer-client relationship. At the end of the day, hiring a lawyer is going to, of course, cost some money. However, with Roy, he is VERY REASONABLE. His prices are based on a retainer fee with the type of charge you have. But do not freak out, Roy does not charge you for every nick and cranny throughout the case. AND he will surely not overcharge you for his work. Roy will work with you, as long as you are willing to work with him. At the end of the day, he has a job to do for you, and he will do that job in order for your best possible outcome. I know this is long, but Mr. Graham left an impact on my life. Throughout this case I did a lot of work to aid Roy in ways I never thought I could. I found things along the way that really gauged my interest in law. Roy guided me through things and truly taught me some life lessons along the way. We built a relationship solely due to the fact that he is a very kind, genuine person that really does care about the people’s cases he is working on. If you are having trouble with the law (especially the criminal side) do not hesitate to contact Roy. He got me the best possible outcome in my case and I will forever be thankful for his services. THANK YOU ROY! -A

"Mr. Graham is fair to his clients and cares about the children involved in family matters. He also treats his opponents with respect which is refreshing the area of family law where so many practitioners seem to want to destroy the opposing party. Such tactics are rarely in the best interest of the children."
