I had a few old charges that I wanted to get expunged so I called up Roy who was quick to take up the case. I got his name through Avvo, and found the other reviews here to be very accurate. It was a straightforward experience overall. Roy is great guy, who got everything sorted out very quickly. I c...ould not be happier with the speed and efficiency he was able to file my expungement. I've had a few other lawyers in the past and Roy was definitely one of the easiest to talk to and discuss my case with. He explained the entire process to me in great detail and clarified all the points that I had questions about in a way that was really easy to understand. He kept me up to date continually about where I stood at each stage of the process which went through successfully. In our initial conversation he told me that his rates were flexible based on your situation, and that he was fairly flexible on payment terms. But after he told me what his baseline rates were I just paid the full price, I found the cost was already incredibly reasonable from the get go. I would highly recommend Roy to other people looking to file for expungements.

Roy helped me on my OWI case. It was my first time being in trouble. Roy was able to get my suspension down to a 180 day suspension at the time of the incident. It was initially a year long suspension of my license. He even offered to drive me home and supplied me with all of the information that... I needed to get through this difficult time.
