I had hired Mr. Betteau for several cases at which I was looking at alot of time in prison and probation as well, Bart told me how each court or charge needed to be approached and what I needed to do on my end and he told me what he thought could come out of these situations that I was in... well Bar...t did exactly what he said exactly and definitely knows his stuff, he was very professional and he talks to you with a charisma about himself. He kept everything honest with me and he can be a bit higher but I'd rather pay for someone who is honest, dependable and very good at their profession than hire me a cheap lawyer that will just give you what the state offered more or less. Mr. Betteau and his team were very helpful throughout what was a very unnerving process for me. I never thought I would be in a position where I needed an attorney for an OWI, but I'm glad I hired Mr. Betteau when I did need one. Bart has represented me in various misdemeanor and felony cases in both Clark and Floyd Counties. After a 2 day trial I was found not guilty of all charges in one case, many other cases were simply dismissed, and in a few I took very, very good plea deals. IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT ANY CRIME AND CAN AFFORD HIS SERVICES, I SUGGEST DOING WHAT IT TAKES TO GET THE MONEY REQUIRED FOR THE BEST. HE IS A BEAST........ THEY DEFINITLY FEAR HIS KNOWLEDGE AND SEEING HIM IN ACTION IS WORTH TWICE WHAT I PAID, JUST SEEING PUT THEM IN THERE PLACES MAKES IT WORTH EVERY PENNY LEAVEING WITH A FEELING THAT MAKES YOU VERY HAPPY. I JUST CANT SAY ENOUGH BART YOU SAVED ME, WHEN THE LAW GUNNED FOR ME AND EVERY OTHER ATTOURNEY SOLD ME OUT. YOU ARE THE ONLY ATTOURNEY IN THIS AREA FOR THERE CLIENT.
