I met Bart in 2012, I was in some series legal trouble! Once I met and talked with him I immediately hired him! Bart went above and beyond for me! This guy told me what I wanted to hear, took my money and hardly did anything to help my case. All the legal advice he gave me was incorrect. He also missed pointing out major details in my case to the judge. He prolonged my case time and time again. He was often late to court and displayed anger... issues inside and outside of the courtroom. While in court, he would often times "doodle" and pass when it was our turn to present additional information, arguments or opportunities to object. He would tell me one thing one day and completely go the opposite direction the next. He originally charged me a flat fee and then sent me a bill for additional fees. Not very ethical in my opinion. Do yourself a favor, keep looking! If you need good solid legal advise and/or representation, just remember one thing, Betteau doesn't know!
