There is not enough space to say how thankful I am for Todd Ess.  As a physician going in front of the medical licensing board, he helped me get the best possible outcome. He broke down the issues and we worked through them slowly.  I know he is busy, but he took the time and effort which made me fee...l like I was his only client. When I first spoke to Mr Ess it was right after a raid from federal agents. He and I both believed prison was a reasonable expectation - the question was how long. Now, less than 2 years later, the whole matter is behind me. Not only did I not have to go to prison, but the one felony he (very wisely)... guided me through pleading to was later reduced to a misdemeanor. From the time he met with me on a holiday weekend right after the feds left, to when he showed up in court to get my probation ended early and the charge reduced a year after he plead me out, to when he followed through even when I was busy until he got a bogus civil judgment related to the case reversed, always returning calls the same day and guiding me through every step of the process. I hope I never need a lawyer again, but if I ever do, there absolutely no doubt who I will call!
