Clear and complete support of OVI charge.

Karl and his team were very clear from the initial consultation through the successful resolution of my case. They were very responsive to both emails and texts directly to Karl. He was understanding of my priorities and limited the number of times I needed to travel to the courthouse.

Very Deceiving

For the most part Karl knows what he is doing. In my case Karl filed a motion for me. During the process he wanted to me to withdraw my motion in order to refile giving an excuse which ultimately turned out to be for other reasons. He refused to refile the same motion that was very detailed and speci...fic go my concerns of the case. He would argue with me about it instead of simply representing me as my attorney. I expressed to him my feeling of him not representing me to the best of his abilities and he took this to the court and requested to be withdrawn from my case as my attorney. I have seriously considered filing a complaint to the Ohio State Bar Association. Pay close attention to what your attorney is speaking to you and his actions. I try to keep everything by email for record. He's a sly one.

James, we are disheartened by your feedback. From our review, Mr. Kordalis represented you on a few different matters and always attempted to give you the best representation. We are glad that you acknowledge that Mr. Kordalis knows what he’s doing. Nonetheless we do not agree with your description of Mr. Kordalis. Mr. Kordalis always attempts to be as frank as possible with clients, even when it’s not what clients want to hear. Also, sometimes it becomes evident that it’s best for everyone to go their separate way. That seems to be what you’re referencing in your review. Your comments fail to mention that you were refunded your retainer. Once again we are saddened by your feedback but still wish you the best going forward.
