Stephen D. Gregg, Esq. practices exclusively in Marital and Family Law, including divorce, parenting disputes, alimony and child support modification and enforcement actions, paternity suits, domestic violence, and drafting and litigating prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. In addition, Steve represents clients in Marital and Family Law appellate proceedings. Although he has significant litigation experience, Steve encourages his clients to seek resolutions through both formal and informal mediation, if that is an option.
Steve is admitted to practice before all Florida and Ohio state courts, as well as the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Steve is a Board Certified Specialist in Marital and Family Law by the Florida Bar. He is also member of the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar and the Canakaris American Inn of Court. Steve has received the Super Lawyers 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 Rising Stars designation, the Super Lawyers 2023, 2024, and 2025 Super Lawyer designation; and the Young Lawyer of the Year Award from the Canakaris American Inn of Court in 2017.

There must be better options out there. The results weren’t worth the price. Felt trapped ( in too deep ) otherwise I would have hired another attorney. Others may have a different experience but these were mine.
