Biography
Since graduating with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1991—where he won the American Jurisprudence Award—Frank A. Malocu has dedicated more than three decades to serving Dayton’s legal needs. Admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1991, he immediately opened a private practice opposite the county courthouse and was appointed Magistrate under Judge George Gounaris from 1992 to 2000. Frank focuses on divorce, criminal defense, OVI/DUI, traffic law, and personal injury, earning the Montgomery County Appointed Counsel Award for indigent-defense work and the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Top 10 Attorney Award. He has argued influential cases in the Ohio Supreme Court, and his peers have invited him into the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Ohio Super Lawyers. Great experience
Truthfully he pretty did everything without my help. Had a great consultation with him and felt much better afterwards. Then he pretty much just handled the case himself and got it dismissed. Met him at the courthouse and he talked briefly with me...just to tell me to go on home, it was dismissed...

Great lawyer
Great lawyer told me he was going to try to get my paraphanalia charge dropped to disorderly conduct and instead ended up getting the charge dismissed. Very pleased with his services. Would highly recommend.

Courteous & Conscientious
Frank was with me through the entirety of my case. He explained everything in terms that I could understand and made sure that my concerns were put first. He made it seem as though I was his only client attending to every detail of my case.
