Biography
Since graduating with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1991—where he won the American Jurisprudence Award—Frank A. Malocu has dedicated more than three decades to serving Dayton’s legal needs. Admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1991, he immediately opened a private practice opposite the county courthouse and was appointed Magistrate under Judge George Gounaris from 1992 to 2000. Frank focuses on divorce, criminal defense, OVI/DUI, traffic law, and personal injury, earning the Montgomery County Appointed Counsel Award for indigent-defense work and the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Top 10 Attorney Award. He has argued influential cases in the Ohio Supreme Court, and his peers have invited him into the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Ohio Super Lawyers. Fantastic Lawyer
Frank was really easy to talk with and got me through my situation. His rates beat other lawyers I talked with and he also took on my case when 2 other lawyers weren't very helpful. I'll be using Frank in the future should the need arise.

I went to frank because of a gun charge and ovi case. He couldnt guarantee me anything which i know, but he dragged my case out. He sent in associates for most of my court dates. One day he said he was working with procecutor but was really on the beach. He charge me a ton of money which i paid off ...

Replied last August 12, 2015Very serious case. Third time OVI plus a felony gun charge. There was no conviction on the felony and the punishment for the OVI was modified to cut the mandatory jail time in half. Excellent result.
