Biography
Since graduating with his Juris Doctorate from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1991—where he won the American Jurisprudence Award—Frank A. Malocu has dedicated more than three decades to serving Dayton’s legal needs. Admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1991, he immediately opened a private practice opposite the county courthouse and was appointed Magistrate under Judge George Gounaris from 1992 to 2000. Frank focuses on divorce, criminal defense, OVI/DUI, traffic law, and personal injury, earning the Montgomery County Appointed Counsel Award for indigent-defense work and the National Academy of Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Top 10 Attorney Award. He has argued influential cases in the Ohio Supreme Court, and his peers have invited him into the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 and Ohio Super Lawyers. I got divorce and sole custody
I hired Frank for my divorce and he did a great job I hired him in October and it was finished in December. I was in the court room less than 5 minutes. He did everything fast and at a great price. Very professional and knowledgeable. If your looking for a lawyer hire him, you won't be sorry.

Great Lawer
Frank did a great job for me, in dealing with a second charge while on probation for the first charge. The outcome was as good as could be expected. Knows the system
What I like about Frank is he knows the court system, the judges, the prosecutors and if I am not mistaken sometimes he substitutes on the bench. So with that he has a command of the legal system.
