I live in Virginia and I needed to find an attorney for my nephew who lives in Springfield Ohio. I had no clue about the reputations of any attorneys in that area. My husband was facing 63 years in prison, clearly her for some very serious charges. Out of the blue my husband was pulled over in our home state for a traffic stop and learned he had some pending charges in Ohio. We were not prepared for such a traumatic event. With his knowledge and being able to give me the expectations and what was going to happen I was able to remain strong for our son and this event could've affected him immensely and It did not as I was able to prepare myself mentally and emotionally thankfully to chris. My husband has been home for two years, we still have Chris's business card on our fridge to remind us of the angel that overlooked our family during such a traumatic event.

I had quite the list of charges against me when I and my wife asked for Mr. Bucio's help. The combination of all the charges over multiple counties added up to a potential of 35 or more years in prison and huge fines as well as a tier 2 sex offender registration. Mr. Bucio went to work right away and... was able to negotiate down to a misdemeanor 3 in one county and a felony 2 with a combined maximum of 8 years and 2 months and $5500 in fines. I walked away from the court room with 5 years probation, no fines, and registered as a tier 1 sex offender.
