We hired Rebecca for the finalization of our daughter's adoption last year in Ohio, and we'd highly recommend using her for this purpose or any other. We were told that it was mostly just a paperwork thing on her end since we didn't need her to file for ICPC (we were New York residents at the time), ...but I think it ended up being more than that for her in the end, unfortunately. We learned later on that our adoption agency was a nightmare to get a hold of, took numerous back and forths to get information Rebecca needed, and had a number of delays with filings with her and the court. Rebecca knew that we had a tight timeline with a move coming up, and thanks her persistence, relationship with the court, and great communication skills we were able to keep our date for finalization, even though our agency took their time the whole way. Rebecca was a pleasure to work with, and she even hung around to help take pictures after the hearing!
