Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati College of Law, Class of 2007, where he was a published member of the University of Cincinnati Law Review. Following law school, Michael honed his legal writing skills working as an editor for American Legal Publishing before joining a small law firm in 2009. In 2011 Michael opened up this law practice, focusing on family law, misdemeanor criminal defense, juvenile law and estate planning. Michael takes an honest and straightforward approach to the practice of law, working in collaboration with his clients to achieve their desired results. Michael always tells his clients what they need to hear, rather than what they want to hear. As a result, Michael's clients always have a full understanding of both the strengths and the potential pitfalls of their case. Michael's strengths as an attorney stem from his preparation and understanding of the law, as well as his ability to think quickly and improvise in courtroom settings.

My husband and I have worked with several attorneys over the years. Mike is thorough and to the point. He has given us sound advice. We decided to hire him to defend my husband against his ex-wife.

Michael was very personable and we were able to develop a great rapport. He is well educated and was able to thoroughly answer the endless amount of questions I presented to him. I had two particular cases in which I worked with Michael each one yielding great results thanks to his hard work. I high...
"Mike consistently provides excellent representation for his clients in regards to family law issues. His knowledge of the law and experience allow him to effectively advocate for clients in a variety of courts. I have practiced with him regularly in Butler and Hamilton Counties for almost 10 years. Mike is a true advocate for his clients."
"I worked with Michael on a custody case in juvenile court. He represented the father and I represented the mother. Michael and I were able to work constructively together toward a resolution that was fair for both of our clients and their children. Michael was pleasant to work with because he was open to settlement when it was in his client's best interests but willing to fight for his client when settlement was not a possibility. I truly got the sense that he was fiercely protective of his clients' interests while being professional and conciliatory with opposing counsel."
