Cristin Mary Giacci Fissinger

Cristin M.G. Fissinger received her Bachelor of Arts from Xavier University in 2011, graduating cum laude. In 2014, Cristin earned her J.D. from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. During law school, Cristin was on the Dean’s List, a member of the Moot Court Honor Board, a staff and articles editor for the Human Right’s Quarterly, and a representative for the Student Bar Association.

Cristin was admitted to the practice of law in Ohio in November 2014, and joined Barbara J. Howard Co., L.P.A. in May 2015. Her practice is focused on domestic relations matters and related juvenile matters, primarily in Hamilton, Clermont and Warren counties. Cristin determined while attending law school that she was interested in family law. She understands family law involves difficult and highly emotional transitions for individuals and their families. Cristin is dedicated to helping clients make well-informed decisions about their families and financial futures. She attempts to negotiate and mediate as much as possible, but will litigate if necessary to reach a fair outcome.  Cristin is trained in Collaborative law.

Cristin is a member of the American, Ohio State and Cincinnati Bar Associations. She also serves on the social committee for the Young Lawyers Section of the Cincinnati.
