I have utilized Diana for many different family law needs over the past 11 years. She has always been a wonderful advocate for me and my children. Diana helped me successfully navigate my complicated divorce that included a shared parenting agreement for my young son. She was with me every step of the way. She took the time to explain to me what was going on throughout the entire process and guided me to a solid settlement. Diana helped me make good decisions which allowed for a more amicable shared parenting experience for everyone, including my son. Im so glad that she was recommended to me. From the moment I first spoke with Diana, it was apparent that she was empathetic and understanding of my situation, and would be a passionate advocate for me. Though the process of divorce is complicated and emotional, Diana knows all the ins, outs, and in betweens... she was able to calm my worries... of the unknown by providing clear and logical action plans, every step of the way. Never once did Diana steer me wrong, her guidance was always on point. My divorce was complex and messy, with lots of dynamics. Diana is well versed in every aspect of the system, and her experience and knowledge of how to navigate issues of both emotional and physical abuse were instrumental in the ultimate award of full custody in my favor. Diana’s advice, guidance, and expertise resulted in my children and me being safe from abuse and left me eternally grateful that she is on ‘my team.’ The tenacity that Diana exhibited at every turn, was balanced with the ideal mix of ‘fight’ and ‘compromise.’ When a situation required compromise, Diana was adept at explaining the benefits to me and a master negotiator, and when it was time to fight she defended our position with incredible intensity. Diana attempted to bring things to compromise whenever possible, but she certainly didn’t back down from a fight. Diana knew all of the details involved in my messy case, and she was masterful at putting together a final custody case that spanned a 4 day hearing. I never had any issues with response time, she was beyond available whenever I needed. Even so, Diana was such a good steward of my billing.. she was conscious of the fact that divorce can be expensive, and never acted with less than the highest level of integrity. I would never have wanted my divorce and a matter as important as the custody and safety of my children to be managed by anyone other than Diana.

I hesitated to write this review for a long time. How could I possibly put into words what Diana meant to me during my custody trial in any way that would do her the justice she deserves. When you are dealing with an ex-spouse with mental health issues, it can feel like your entire life is spiraling... out of control, and you have a beautiful child to take care of. Diana's perspective and calm helped me soldier through my custody trial, reminding me what was most important, and helping guide me over the finish line. There really isn't a proper way to say how her support and ideas changed my attitude and reactions during this time. I will admit that I was a little concerned when we first met that she couldn't be old enough to have the experience needed to deal with this situation, but she proved to be exactly the breath of fresh air that I counted on for each and every step of the process. I truly don't know how it would have turned out if she hadn't been by my side.
